Story

Hi,

I’m Jazia Shania Butaney, a PhD Scholar, a Psychologist dedicated to helping people heal from the inside out — emotionally, mentally, and physically. My work bridges the space between mind and body, guiding you toward balance, self-awareness, and a gentler way of living.

 

Over the years, I’ve worked with individuals navigating anxiety, burnout, trauma, and self-doubt, helping them reconnect with themselves through empathy and evidence-based care. My approach blends CBT, DBT, mindfulness, trauma-informed, and nutritional guidance, allowing healing to feel holistic — not just clinical.
 

Counselling support, to me teaches us how to listen to ourselves. In our sessions, we focus not just on what hurts, but on what nurtures — creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can rediscover your strength, restore your calm, and rebuild your relationship with your mind and body.
